Welcome to SINGER HOUSE a former home of the famous SINGER FAMILY (INVENTOR OF SEWING MACHINES ) (We will do everthing possible for you to have a lovely relaxing stay with us. we are situated in a very beautiful part of Torbay with just over a minutes (flat level )walk to the blue flag beaches with beautiful views all over Torbay . A lot of our windows are looking at the sea. THE BOTTOM FLOOR OF THE GUEST HOUSE HAS 3 GROUND FLOOR BEDROOMS ( IDEAL FOR THE ELDERLEY or FAMILYS )has a additional GROUND FLOOR kitchen lounge and opening doors onto the garden and decking area . . WE ARE VERY ELDERLEY and FAMILY FRIENDLY and A SECURE PRIVATE GARDEN . We are a new GUEST HOUSE house and the house is all newly decorated and we continue to make nice changes . We like to run our guest house on a be happy very very relaxed HAPPY attitude . ........ (where ever i have taken my 4 children around the world i have felt pressured because they are not family children or disabled friendly (our guest house IS and we want you to have a lovely holiday here in our guest house ) Anything you like please ask us and we will help . (sorry no pets ) ( or the accomodation can be booked as a very large 3 bedroom holiday flat with lounge beautiful new kitchen bathroom and all french doors leading onto a private garden and brand new decking . . upstairs we have a beautiful large lounge with 60 INCH PLASMA additional kitchen and additional bathrooms with 6 feet bath power showers etc ...........................................our guest house is opposite paignton pier on the seafrontyou are welcome to use the 2 kitchens at any time of the day . WE ARE A FRIENDLY FAMILY GUEST HOUSE WITH YOUNG CHILDREN It is our sole purpose for our children to meet other children and kind people from around the world and have fun running a guest house . ( SORRY we only accept cash on arrival please ) due to so much fraud on card machinesBECAUSE OF THE VOLUME OF YOUNG CHILDREN and ELDERLEY we HAVE STAY WE PREFER ONLY NICE PEOPLE TO BOOK WITH US .
