Overview

Kev's Cottage is a fully modernised cosy cottage in the beautiful Yorkshire seaside town of Filey. It has a 3 star rating from Quality in Tourism. It is situated in the older part of Filey five minutes walk from the beach and five minutes from the town centre with its large range of shops restaurants and pubs. Filey has a fantastic range of facilities associated with a traditional seaside town and has seven miles of sandy beach to enjoy. The cottage is 15 minutes walk from the Country Park which is situated on the cliffs of Filey with spectular views across the bay, from here you can access the Cleveland Way trail which runs along the coastline towards Scarborough and beyond. The Cleveland Way is only one of the many walks that are accessible from Kev's Cottage. Filey has easy access to the rest of Yorkshire with trains from the town to many destinations, including just 15 minutes to Scarborough, and approximately 1 hour to York. You can also easily drive to all the tourist attactions of Yorkshire.

 

Accommodation Details

Kevs Cottage consists of a lounge, kitchen diner and courtyard on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and everything else you could possibly need. The first floor has one double bedroom, one bunk bedroom, and a bathroom with bath and shower over. The second floor has another double room and a single room with fold out double bed. This room also contains a second television, video with an x-box.

 

Price Guide:

Prices range from �350 per week in low season to �800 per week in high season depending on the level of occupation.

If you then wish to go ahead will be require a deposit of �150 and the balance six weeks before your holiday begins. We also hold a �75 Good Housekeeping Deposit refundable at the end of your holiday once we have established there has been no damage or breakages.
