This attractive former Victorian vicarage set in a large garden with ample free secluded parking is the perfect location for business or holiday visitors. It is only 5 minutes walk across the River Tay to the City Centre a 5 minute drive from the M90 and a short drive to Perth Racecourse.The new owner David MacLehose who runs it with his wife has installed new en suite bathrooms in the spacious bedrooms and refurbished many of the bedrooms. There are flat screen TVs and free wifi. Delicious breakfasts using local produce when possible are served in the elegant dining room. The MacLehoses love having guests and will do everything possible to help make your stay a memorable one. They are very knowledgeable about the local area and Scotland in general and are happy to offer itineraries for the day or help plan your onward route. There is much to do in and around Perth. There are attractive local walks direct from the house. The fantastic concert hall theatre restaurants ice rink and swimming pool are only a short walk away. Scone Palace and Perth Race Course are a matter of 10 minutes in the car. Golf courses are numerous in the area and extremely popular. There is fishing on the River Tay or on nearby lochs and beautiful gardens within walking distance.
