Three cottages all on ground level, no steps, all bedrooms have ensuites. Sleep 2 / 4 / 6+2. Ideal for couples, families, fishermen, walkers and parties of up to 16.

Dovecote Cottage ideal for singles or couples, twin or double bedroom with ensuite.
Good sized lounge with kitchen and dining area. Graded 4* with Visit Scotland
Courtyard Cottage, two bedroomed cottage with walk/wheel in wet rooms. Lounge with kitchen & dining area, fenced garden. Graded 3* V.S.
Lodge Cottage Spacious cottage with three bedrooms, separate lounge, kitchen and diner. Graded 4* V.S.

General Details

All three cottages are on ground level without steps and all bedrooms have en-suites. The layout of the cottages make them ideal for families or larger parties. Courtyard Cottage with its enclosed garden is suitable for those bringing their pets, it also has walk in wet rooms with wider doors so is ideal for the less able.
Dovecote is a favourite for couples, fully self contained , well equipped with lovely views.
The Lodge is great for those wanting a bit more space, you can spill out onto the large lawn.

 

Other Information

Just a few hundred yards from the River Tweed, Edenmouth is popular with fishermen who also make use of our drying room and freezers. Cyclists are also catered for with lock up room,for storage.
The Scottish Borders is steeped in history, many fine houses and castles are within a close proximity but it is the beautiful countryside that attract most visitors wether it be walkers, cyclists or those who prefer to drive.
