Taigh Neill is situated in the centre of the beautiful island of Benbecula and offers easy access to both the multitude of stunning beaches on the West side of the Island and the many moorland walks through the hills and mountains to the wildlife abundant rugged shores of the East side.

 

Accommodation Details

Living Area
The open plan living space is larger than most thatched cottages and is comfortably furnished to a high standard. It offers a solid fuel stove, Sky+ TV, and broadband internet connection.
Kitchen Area
Adjoining the living room the kitchen is fitted with a fan assisted oven and hob, washing maching, microwave oven as well as all the necessary crockery and utensils required. A drop-leaf table allows increased floor space when not in use. Also provided are: Iron and board, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner etc.
Bedroom
The bedroom is tastefully decorated and is fitted with traditional pine furniture including a double bed, bedside tables and a tall boy wardrobe.
Bathroom
The bathroom has been traditionally decorated and comprises of a white bathroom suite and electric shower.
Heating
Heating and hot water are operated by an electric boiler system which provides constant hot water in the kitchen and bathroom.
Smoking
Non smoking is preferred; however a cleaning charge will be applied if guests wish to do so.
Pets
Pets are welcome although a cleaning charge will also be applied.
Dog owners please note: the cottage is situated on a working croft which houses livestock and poultry. Please supervise dogs suitably.
