The superb location makes it ideal for visiting the many attractions castles and historic houses the area has to offer such as Leeds Hever and Scotney Castles Chartwell (NT) Ightham Mote Knowle House and Sissinghurst Castle. The beautiful countryside is attractive in all seasons and the area’s famed hop gardens can be view and explored at the Hop Farm Family Park. There are a variety of local vineyards characterful villages with quaint English tearooms and traditional pubs to explore whilst a day trip to London (50 mins) can be accommodated from Paddock Wood Station or a day in Paris from Ashford International (30 mins). Penshurst Place and Gardens (12 miles).
