Two further bedrooms with twin beds and one also opening onto balcony - you can lie back and take in the views!
There is a fully fitted & kitted out kitchen inc dishwasher and the shower room & loo also comes complete with a washer drier.

General Details

3 The Pines is situated on a peaceful road with plentiful on-street free parking.
From here it is a pleasant 10 minute downhill walk to the ferry with wonderful views opening up as you go along the river including the Royal Brittannia Naval College - coming back is a steep climb but you can take your time and take in the vista s you rest!
You can also access the SW Coast path from here and walk along the coast towards Froward Point and Brixham - it is stunningly beautiful!

 

Other Information

3 The Pines is accessed via en external staircase @ 22 steps so probably is not a good idea for anyone with mobility difficulties - once inside however everything is on one level other than the Master Bedroom suite.
It should also be noted the Master Bedroom suite is built into the roof so there are sloping eaves in places!
