Accommodation Details

Accommodation comprises: Large lounge which affords stunning sea views. There is a 42" Plasma HD television, blue ray DVD player with sound system , comfortable seating and patio doors opening out onto a decking area which overlooks the large private garden and sea. Separate dining room with table and soft chairs seats for eight guests. This room also has patio doors leading out to the secluded patio area with gas BBQ - ideal for alfresco dining. Impressive contemporary high gloss fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, double oven, microwave, large larder freezer, separate larder fridge and built in coffee maker. Separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Downstairs bathroom with double walk in rain shower, WC and basin. Double bedroom with king size bed, HD LCD television and fantastic sea views. Two additional double bedrooms - one with sea views. Fourth bedroom with combination bed, television for watching DVDs and the finest sea views of all! Modern family bathroom with double Jacuzzi bath with roof window above, relax in the bath and watch the stars, WC, wash basin and separate corner shower. .

General Details

Conveniently located between Great Yarmouth and the Norfolk Broads, Beachside House is an ideal retreat from which to explore the surrounding area and its many attractions. In fact, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk's premier seaside resort, is just to the south and provides plenty of opportunity for traditional seaside fun. The famous Broads National Park is to the west and a boaters and wildlife enthusiast's paradise. Alternatively, enjoy the beautiful uncrowded beaches on the doorstep! There are plenty of quality restaurant and eating places in the local area. The village of California is just a few minutes walk from Beachside House and has a good pub which serves food and has entertainment. There is a swimming pool, fish and chip take-away and Chinese take-away open during the main season. The 'First and Last' pub and the 'Wheelstop Diner' restaurant are also a walk away as is the village of Scratby where you will find a local mini market and post office, the 'Moments' restaurant, garden/antiques centre and a family bakery. During the main season, the 'Abigails Bistro' and swimming pool are also available.

Secluded private beachside garden with decking area and gazebo overlooking the sandy beach. There is an additional enclosed courtyard garden with gas BBQ - perfect for enjoying a balmy summer evening. Additional information: Beds are made up ready for arrival with fresh Egyptian cotton bed linen and super fluffy towels which are included in the price. Oil for central heating and electricity also included. Free Wi-Fi. Sorry no pets and no smoking
