Goose Nest House offes a real, contemplative retreat into peace, tranquillity and the beauties of the Lower Mill's unique landscape. The excellently selected furnishings and d�cor give the property a truly luxury feel. With unlimited, free access to the Spa just three minutes' walk away you can truly get away from it all.

Kitchen
The first-floor family-sized kitchen is modern with simple lines yet stylish. Hardwood oak floors, hand-built units, and integral appliances including a double oven/grill, five-burner gas hob, larder fridge and freezer, built in microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.


Lounge/dining area
This vaulted-ceilinged, oak floored room has wall to wall glass doors oerlooking Somerford Lagoon. There are leather sofas and armchairs, a modern wood-burner (with child safety guard if required), a 32" flat screen LCD TV with DVD and freeview, a digital radio and iPod speakers.


Bedrooms
The Master Bedroom is the sole room on the second floor of the house, ensuring both privacy and space. The room is an en-suite (shower, basin and WC). There are three bedrooms on the ground floor: bedroom two is a large double, en-suite (bath with shower over, basin and WC), with 15� LCD TV, and sliding doors onto a lakeside sun deck. Bedroom three has twin beds and again � direct access onto the outside terrace, and the fourth bedroom is a large twin. The fifth bedroom is specially designed child's bedroom with `shorty` bunks, on the first floor, which also has a small truckle bed, if required.


Additional
There is a ground floor family bathroom (shower, basin and WC). The utility room has washer and dryer and storage for bikes.

Outside on the sundeck is a gas BBQ, table and chairs overlooking the lake.

The house is equipped with families in mind - cots, high chairs, potty, pushchair, baby and toddler carriers, blender, DVD, toys and books.

Linen, towels and utilities are included.
