The house is beautifully furnished and has been specifically designed for multi-generational family groups. The games room with snooker, darts, rings, TV & DVD / other games is a big hit with everyone. The kitchen / diner is perfect for dinner parties and the 30' lounge with 50" wide HD TV, comfortably seats 12 people. All beds have soft hotel standard mattress toppers and most rooms are en suite. Northrepps is approx. 2 miles to Cromer which is great for golfers (Links golf course) fishing, crabbing, sailing, walking. Northrepps is a typical Norfolk village, with small quiet lanes, miles of open countryside, quaint flint stone cottages and The Foundry pub is just 5 mins walk away. It is extremely quiet, apart from the owl who lives in the church tower opposite!

Room Rate Guide:

Approx �1,100 per week in Low season, �1,250- �1,500 a week in med season and �1,900 a week at peak times.
Approx �895 for 3 nights in low season, �925 to �985 for 3 nights in Med season. Short breaks are seldom available during peak season.

 

General Details

2 miles from Cromer beach, 1 1/2 miles to beach at Overstrand. The Granary is off a quiet lane, close to the Church and is less than a 5 minute walk to the local pub, the Foundry.
