The accommodation sleeps up to 12 in three bedrooms, with a full sized guest plus trundle bed in the sitting room. There are two large bathrooms with baths and showers, a gorgeous sitting room, spacious dining room and fully equipped modern kitchen. There is also a charming courtyard and the adjacent road has on street parking.

No. 1 Brunswick Street is a Georgian townhouse with original features but which has been refurbished to include all the comforts of home. It is fully heated, has baths and showers, and an outside space.

The house is approximately 10 minutes walk to the very centre of Bath and within the same walking distance is Bath Abbey, the Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa with its rooftop pool and a myriad of fabulous buildings and attractions such as the Royal Crescent and Royal Circus.

The wonderful independent shops which are to be found in Bath's quaint winding streets and the chic emporiums of Milsom street are a shoppers' paradise and there are dozens of restaurants, bars and night spots to be found all within a short distance of the house.
