Highclere House is in a lovely position overlooking the City of Bath, in a quiet tree lined road, yet only 10 minutes walk to the City.
The Kennet and Avon canal is just 4 minutes walk away, and the National Trust fields are the other side of the road.
The railway station and bus station are within easy walking distance.
The large windows are double glazed and and the views are outstanding.
The sun shines into the bedrooms until noon and into the sitting room and kitchens until sunset.

 

Accommodation Details

4 Self contained one bedroom apartments in a Victorian house 10 minutes walk to the Bath City centre. Warm comfortable homes from home.
Each apartment has a lounge/diner, bathroom with bath and shower. (The first floor has a separate bathroom and a separate shower room).
Large bedroom with twin beds, and fully fitted kitchen. All linen and towels provided.
Duvets and blankets are provided, and even heat pads for visitors with bad backs.

 

Room Rate Guide:

�365 to �460 per week for two persons.
Extra persons are charged �30 per stay up to one week..
Short breaks from �210.
�15 for one or two dogs.

 

General Details

Beautiful views over Bath and the National Trust fields and woods of the Smallcombe Valley. Lots of wildlife. Nice enclosed garden and patio with garden furniture.
Parking available.

Well behaved dogs are welcome in the garden and ground floors. Please ask for details.
