The local shops restaurants and bars are only a 5 minute drive away in Cuidad Quesada. providing an ideal base to explore the southern Costa Blanca and into Murcia.The atmosphere is very much one of relaxation in the sunshine. There is a wonderful swimming pool for use of the residents only. There is a barrestaurant within 200 yards of the property and a new local market on Friday mornings which you can purchase anything from souveniers to vegetables. The residential area is very peaceful and safe for children with a huge play area for them to run around.This newly built detached villa is tastefully furnished to a very high specification throughout comprising of 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Lounge with dining area 3 terraces.Also benefits from part hotcold air conditioning on a good sized plot with private drive. There is a wonderful swimming pool with child's pool in the centre of the development which forms the hub of this small community. A number of the houses are permanently occupied by ex-pats making local information readily available and a very friendly environment. Although certainly not isolated we do recommend car hire to take full advantage of all the local amenities. One weeks car hire is usually cheaper than taking a taxi to and from the airportThe area is renowned for it's sunny beaches and is home to some dramatic ranges blue flag beaches and superb dining. Torrevieja is just 20 minutes away with over 100 bars to chooses from. The town of Quesada is very close with shops many restaurants and a water park for children. Golf courses include Villa Martin. Las Ramblas and Campoamor..Wildlife is abundant on the Salt Lakes.This area is regarded as one of the best on the Costa Blanca with an average of 320 days sun each year and miles of beautiful white sandy beaches this is an all year round holiday destination. The area has large salt lakes and nature reserves with an abundance of bird and wildlife. The salt lakes combined with such favourable weather creates a micro climate making this one of the healthiest places in the world to live.
