Detached house plus guests apartment (ideal for two families or group of friend's) in la Coveta Fuma with swimming pool, air-co, 5 double-rooms, 4 bathrooms, big porch, garden, terraces, solarium, located 100 mts from the sea, very private and well communicated. Accommodation Cosy living room with satellite TV, stereo and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine, fridge / freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, citrus, toaster, etc. The large main terrace is ideal for eating out both in summer and winter. The terrace that leads from the living room has a beautiful view over the sea, mountains and the village. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with several shady terraces with enough garden furniture. The swimming pool with sun beds is ± 40m, a BBQ, beautiful garden and a fully enclosed plot (a lot of privacy). Location There is a local tram station,( NO NOISE POLLUTION at 0.2 Kilometres ) This service was completely modernised in 2008, with new electric trains fully airconditioned with a fast and efficient service to El Campello and Alicante city to the south or Benidorm, Javea, Dénia and the other Costa Blanca towns in the north. Benidorm is a short drive away and offers excellent shopping and nightlife plus the new Terra Mitica, Disney style theme park. The spectacular Theme Park 'Terra Mitica' & Terra Natura, plus the water Parks Aqualandia & Mundomar are also just a short trip away by car or train(20 min)
