The luxurious Mercat building is located in the city centre in the Born neighborhood (next to the Ciutadella Park) ten minutes from the old fishermen's quarter La Barceloneta and fifteen minutes from Les Rambles. A neighborhood in which the historic and the modern intertwine catering for food lovers followers of fashion and culture vultures. This brand new building (it was completed in 2009) is less than 5 minutes walking from our office.In addition all guests may access to the bicycle parking at the building's ground floor upon request (bicycles can be rented nearby). There are 3 different type of apartments on the building: Mercat Duplex; Mercat 2 bedrooms and Mercat Attic .All of them are remarkably quiet and bright apartments boasting fine finishes and luxury furnishings and fittings with some of the most breathtaking views of Barcelona.Important information: In order to organize the Check-Ins guests should confirm the anticipated time of arrival at least 3 days in advance by e-mail to [email protected]. As soon as the property receives this information guests will be sent check-in instructions. Please note that arrivals after 21:00 will be subject to a surcharge of EUR 25 and arrivals after 00:00 will be subject to a surcharge of EUR 40(Late check ins). This additional charge should be paid upon arrival.There is a free cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more.
