Covered Terrace area with outside furniture and a Solarium on the top level of the villa.

There is a choice of many different beaches within 5 -10 min drive, Golf, Tennis, Petanque, Go Karting, also close by there are many very good restaurants , some walking distance, and a supermarket within the community. The Arenal sandy beach is great for the kids, both at night and daytime, at night it is a really fun place to go to eat in the many choices of restaurants. Javea`s port and old town has maintained its Spanish small town charm. A wonderful place for a relaxing holiday if that is what you are looking for or there are plenty of things to see and do within a 5- 45 min drive
