Accommodation Details

Beautiful, spacious 3/5 bedroom villa, on a private quarter acre plot. Located only 5 minutes by car (which we consider neccessary) to Moraira. This is one of the most select holiday locations on the Costa Blanca.
This lovely villa offers ideal accommodation for friends or family sharing. On the upper level there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one en-suite, a large sunny lounge which opens onto the open and covered terrace, giving you fantastic views down the valley to the sea.A dining area and fully fitted kitchen lounge kitchen.
The seperate lower level apartment consists of a further 2 bedrooms, lounge (again leading onta a very large covered poolside terrace), kitchen & shower room.

General Details

The open and covered terraces on both levels are perfect for dining al fresco, an enticing invitation to open air suppers on either the built in charcoal or prtable BBQ
During the day just unwind and relax in one of the sun loungers next to the 10 x5 metre fl pool (floodlit at night).
If you do fancy a day out there's plenty of places to go and things to do

 

Other Information

The nearest beach to our villa is El Portet, a beautifully secluded sandy bay, with several small bars and restaurants. Morairas main beach offers an activity area for children, showers & hours of fun for all the family.Or you can relax with a cool drink at one of the numerous beach bars enjoying the sunset.
The coatal resorts of Javea, Calpe & Denia are all just a car (or train ride) away.
Benidorm offers Terra Mitica theme park, MundamarSea World and much much more.
