Villa Montse, is a nice and very cozy house, placed in a very calm urbanization of Blanes (Sant Daniel), to 6Km of the beach and 5Km to the center. The house (120m2) and 500m2 of plot, it has a capacity for 7 persons. It divides in 2 Floors. In the 1 ª floor we meet a great lounge dining room (40m2) plasma tv ,fireplace. Very equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, gas stove ...) and a bath with shower tub. The top floor is composed by 4 rooms; 2 of marriage (1 of them with exit to a terrace), 1 room with 2 berths and another room with an individual bed (1.20m) with tv and gone out also for another terrace. 1 bathroom with tub.
