Villa Susana, is a nice house 100m2 (500m2 area), placed in a quiet urbanization of Lloret de Mar(Serra Brava), to only 5Km of the beach Cala Canyelles and 8Km of Tossa center. The house has a great lounge dining room (fireplace, tv, satellite), with direct exit to a terrace, from where we can enjoy of his wonderful sea views. Kitchen very equipped (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, gas stove). 3 rooms; 2 of marriage (1 of them suite with 1 bath and his tub hydromassage), 1 room with 1 berth. Another bath with shower. A wide exterior zone, with overflowing swimming pool 8x4 (biological salt), precious sea views and barbecue of work. Parking. The 2 pictures of the beach don't correspond to the view from the house. Is Cala Canyelles, the closest beach to the vila. Cala Canyelles is a pretty stretch of the Costa Brava?s coast with 500m of the characteristic coarse white sand beach of the area. Umbrellas and deck chairs are provided to rent as well as activities like pedal boats, parasailing, and water- skiing and canoeing. Also you can taste the Mediterranean food, fish and paellas, in the restaurant placed on the beach.
