General Details

Outside
Large secure private garden. 12 metre by 3.5 metre private pool with surrounding tiled area equipped with 6 sun loungers and parasols. Separate barbecue patio with gas and charcoal barbecues Outside table and chairs. 2 covered terrace areas leading directly off main bedroom and sitting room.

Coast/Beach
San Pedro beach is a 5 minute drive. This is a blue flag beach with a long promenade and is amply equipped with bars, restaurants and parasols to rent.

Golf
La Quinta and Los Arqueros golf courses are both 5 minutes drive. Los Naranjos is 10 minutes away. There are approximately 20 courses within 30 minutes drive.

Travel
Malaga airport is a 40 minute drive away. Although situated in a quiet area, the Villa has convenient access to the E15 / A7 motorway which leads to the airport.

Distances
The centre of San Pedro town is 5 minute drive, Puerto Banus 10 minutes and Marbella 12-15 minutes depending on traffic.

Prices based on 3 bedroom rental. £ 200 per week supplement for 4 bedroom rental.
30% deposit to secure booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.

My name is Brenda. My husband and I bought the Villa in 2000 and we spend most of our holidays there with our family. We love the area because the villa is in a nice quiet area but is very convenient for the beach and all the facilities of Puerto Banus and Marbella.
