Located in the Newington area of Edinburgh only 1 mile from Princes Street the Airlie is ideally situated for travellers and business people alike. We have a large private car park, no parking worries, and the frequent bus service will take you to all areas of the City. The immediate area offers a large choice of eateries, almost all tastes are catered for, Indian, Chinese, Thai, Italian, fish and chips, hotel restaurants, pubs and a coffee house. We also have a newsagent directly opposite us plus several banks, a post office, grocery stores, a laundrette, bakery and children�s playground, all within a 5 to 10 minute walk of the Guest House. We are also within a 15 minute walk from the Festival Theatre, Queens Hall and Royal College of Surgeons.

 

Accommodation Details

We have a variety of rooms, most of which have en-suite facilities. We offer single, double. twin/ small family, trip0le and large family rooms. Our rooms are comfortably furnished, all have a wash basin and most have en-suite facilities. Each room has a flat screen digital TV, tea/coffee making facilities, central heating and all the windows are secondary glazed. We have a payphone for Guests use, and an iron and ironing board, travel alarm, travel plug and hairdryer are all available on request. Broad band internet access and WiFi hotspot are also provided free of charge.

Our prices range from �23.00 - �45.00 per night for a single room.

A standard double room ranges from �40.00 to ��66.00 per night

En-suite double/twin rooms range from �50.00 - �90.00 per night

En-suite triple and family rooms range from �75.00

 

General Details

Breakfast is included in our rates and served between 8am and 9am daily. It is a full cooked breakfast and menus are available on request. Check in time is from 11.30am until 8pm and we ask our Guests to provide us with an approximate arrival time when they make a reservation. Check out is 10am.
