Arch House�is a distinguished Grade II listed home, just a short walk from the centre of Wells-next-the-Sea with its excellent restaurants, pubs, quirky shops and bustling fishing Quay. We are just a mile from the stunning Holkham Estate and the Norfolk Coastal Path and love to welcome visitors to this beautiful part of the country, offering Four Star Bed and Breakfast in our ten ensuite bedrooms.

 

Accommodation Details

Arch House�accommodates up to twenty guests in ten bedrooms, comprising one twin and nine double/king rooms. Our five ground floor rooms are suitable for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Our garden rooms open out onto the sun-drenched deck, with tables and chairs - the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day, or even breakfast al fresco! Rooms to the front of the house look out across fields to the woods at Holkham and the big Norfolk skies which, if caught through the winter, are host to thousands of geese. All rooms have compact en suites with showers, quality mattresses, TV, tea, herbal infusions, coffee and biscuits.Toiletries and towels are provided. WiFi is available in the conservatory.
