Three minutes from the National Park, Arden House is the perfect base for the New Forest � plenty of opportunity for enjoying open country � walking to the bustling town of Hythe, or taking the ferry to Southampton. The National Motor Museum, Exbury Gardens and the Georgian town of Lymington are nearby too.

 

Accommodation Details

There are three bedrooms: a double with en-suite shower room, a twin with its own bathroom, and a single often used by a parent or a child. Guests can relax in the garden or use the sitting room with hundreds of books, a baby grand piano, HiFi and TV.

�80 per room per night
�55 per night for single occupancy of a twin or double room
�30 per night for additional single room sharing the bathroom
�15 for a child in an extra bed and �5 for a baby in a cot
�15 supplement for a staying just one night

 

General Details

The double bedroom is decorated in Italian colours with a discreet floral theme. Its windows face west and so catch the evening sun. There is a view over the conservatory to the garden and neighbouring trees. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room with modern walk-in shower, two heated towel rails, lavatory and wash basin.

The twin bedroom is decorated in subtle blues and fawn checks. Its twin beds can be arranged as a wide double if you prefer. There are windows to south and west. The south windows look over neighbouring gardens, while the west window looks over woodland. This bedroom is usually arranged en-suite with the roomy fully tiled modern bathroom with a large bath with a power shower. However, when appropriate the rooms can be arranged so that the bathroom is shared by another family member staying in the single bedroom at the other end of the corridor.

 

Other Information

We offer the New Forest Breakfast of local produce sourced from members of the New Forest Marque. As well as that, we provide home baked bread, grapefruit and other fruits in season, yoghurt, orange juice, and the usual range of cereals. Alternatively, we can cook vegetarian food and provide more or less whatever you ask for! We are happy to serve breakfast at any time.
