Rose Cottage, situated in a sheltered valley with superb views of the castle, town and countryside, welcomes its guests to Bed and Breakfast in a friendly, peaceful atmosphere. Close to the golf course, Rose Cottage is an ideal central base for touring Devon and Cornwall visiting Eden, the National Trust properties of Cotehele, Lanhydrock and Saltram, the beautiful moors and superb beaches.

Guests are provided with high standards of comfort and hospitality. En suite double and single rooms have double glazing, central heating, colour TV, hairdryers plus beverage making facilities and wireless internet access. We offer a choice of hearty and healthy breakfasts utilising locally produced ingredients.

The nearest inn/restaurant is within 4 minutes walking distance for an evening meal. Off road guest parking provided.

Accommodation Details

All the rooms at Rose Cottage are tastefully decorated and furnished to give comfortable, quality guest accommodation. Sets of fluffy towels and a flannel are provided for each guest and replaced daily if required.

The double en suite room has an en-suite bathroom and views of the Kensey Valley and St Stephens. The decoration in shades of turquoise, green and cream with hints of crystal and gold has been designed to give guests a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The single room has superb views of Launceston Town, the Castle and St Thomas Hill. The single room d�cor is in soothing shades of blue and Hessian, and sand. It contains a Wedgewood bedside lamp and Wedgewood accessories. It has a separate private bathroom solely for the use of the single room guests. Luxury robes are provided for the use of single room guests.

The twin en suite room , situated in the oldest part of the house, overlooks the rose strewn patio and St Stephens parish, has a �Country Style� d�cor of antique pine, natural fawns with touches of crystal and carmine. A comfortable seating area contains tea and coffee facilities to help you relax.
