Exactly in the centre of Lincolnshire so a good base to explore from. Historic Lincoln and coastal towns of Skegness, Mablethorpe etc in easy reach, also the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and bird watching at Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve.
