Situated between the stunning coastline and the open countryside, both within minutes walking distance, you can experience arguably the most beautiful (as well as sunniest and driest) area in Scotland.

We have a beautiful garden with patio you are welcome to use and sit and relax and admire the superb sea views. Stroll down our coastal path to the beach or take a half hour walk along the old railway line to the harbour at Lower Largo where you can enjoy a refreshment in the local tavern or hotel. Local restaurants include 2 Michelin star and an excellent seafood restaurant.

Some of the oldest, finest and most challenging golf courses in the world are nearby. You can play golf at St Andrews, Kingsbarns and Lundin Links, all a short drive from your accommodation at Bayview.

Luxury accommodation with superb sea views. Bedrooms are individually designed with contemporary en-suite facilities. Rooms include hospitality tray, remote control colour TV, DVD with selection of films, luxury toiletries, clock radio, hairdryer and mini fridge. There is internet access and ample private parking for all guests.
