Close to Keswick town centre but in a quiet area within a couple of minute's walk. Having been independently awarded 4 AA stars for our B&B you can be assured that you will have a very exclusive stay with us.

We have some of the best equipped B&B rooms in Keswick and provide one of the finest breakfasts. We use free range eggs, locally bought produce where possible and Fairtrade products to ensure that what goes on your plate is, in terms of taste and quality, the finest available.

We also have off street parking for 2 cars, secure password protected WiFi and flatscreen digital televisions in each room.

Run by climbing instructor Tim Mosedale who recently became only the 10th Brit to have summited Everest from both sides.
