Lee House has been sensitively refurbished to combine traditional decor in keeping with the period of the property, with modern contemporary convenience. Our spacious guest rooms are comfortably furnished, attractively decorated and individually styled to the highest standards.

All guest rooms have en-suite facilities and are complete with every amenity for your stay.

Two night minimum stay please.

A Lee House breakfast will set you up for the day; our breakfast menu offers something for everyone. Vegetarians are fully catered for and we are happy to cater for Vegan and Coeliac diets. Please advise us of your dietary requirements at the time of booking.

One night bookings are sometimes available, please enquire for details. A single night tariff of �85.00 applies.

Lee House is just a couple of minutes walk away from the Cliff Railway and South West Coast Path. The Valley of Rocks and Watersmeet are also close by and within easy walking distance. We are conveniently located for the many excellent restaurants, pubs and cafes of Lynton & Lynmouth.
