The Lyness is a family run 3-Star Guest House set in a prime location in the historic seaside town of Scarborough. Near to Peasholm Park, the North Bay and only a 10 minute stroll from the Town Centre and the Train Station. Lyness is the ideal place to stay whether on holiday, a short break or on business. Clean fresh en-suite rooms with Freeview TV, tea and coffee making facilities, free Wi-Fi and free parking. Traditional English breakfast is served daily and we also offer a range of alternatives for a lighter start to the day including porridge, scrambled or poached egg on toast, plain or cheese Omelette or how about pancakes with Golden Syrup! We also offer a selection of Specialist Teas as well as Fresh Filter Coffee and Hot Chocolate. Special diets also catered for.
From Scarborough train station follow the signs for the North Bay. Continue onto Columbus Ravine and the Lyness is situated on the right hand side.

The Lyness comprises of a range of single, twin, double and family rooms, all with en-suite facilities, colour TV�s and tea and coffee making facilities.
In addition, the family rooms have DVD players.
All rooms are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness at all times and for the comfort and safety of all our Guests, we operate a non-smoking policy throughout.
