Downstairs is a private lounge area for the guests exclusive use, with Freeview digital TV and and a mini-fridge. Off street parking/free WiFi access/secure storage on request for bikes/ direct access to drying area and tumble dryer on request.
A De-Luxe continental breakfast is included in the price, packed lunches arranged for a small charge on request.

Leaving Ashbourne market place on the A515 towards Buxton, at the crest of the hill turn left by the Bowling Green pub. Immediately on your right is a drive by the side of the car park, keep bearing right up the drive to find us.
