Overview

We are less than two miles from the Eden Project and the nearest beaches are within three miles. Charlestown, Fowey, Mevagissey and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are all nearby.
Mainline (and Newquay branch) rail access is at Par and we offer a free shuttle to and from the station.
We have been running our b and b since 1990 and are open all year round.

 

Accommodation Details

All guest rooms are on the ground floor of our friendly family run b and b.
Bedrooms all have digital television with dvd player as well as tea and coffee making, clock radio, hair dryer and other extras.
Rooms all have central heating and are double glazed. We have ample private parking and large gardens with a patio that doubles as a giant chess board.

 

Room Rate Guide:

Single �33 per night, double room �55 per night, twin / family room �55 per night (�60 with third occupant)
Seven nights for the price of six. All rates include full Cornish breakfast.
Vegetarian options are always available and special diets are not

 

General Details

Children are welcome, we have a high chair and a cot.
We are pet friendly. No smoking in the building please.
No alcohol license but have bottle openers and plenty of glasses.
Come and go as you please. Do enjoy yourselves.

We always offer a welcome pot of tea or coffee with biscuits on arrival.
