Rydon Farm B&B is a Gold Award winner of the 2016 South West Tourism Excellence Awards and is located in Woodbury, Exeter, Devon. The 16th Century Devon Longhouse is on a working dairy farm, close to the pebblebed heaths of Woodbury Common - an area of outstanding natural beauty. Lovingly restored with a wealth of original features, oak and elm beams and an inglenook fireplace, Rydon Farm offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for both business and leisure guests.

Accommodation Details

There are three first floor letting rooms and one ground floor room, all individually decorated and named after local rivers. All rooms have en-suite bath or shower rooms and you will find a thoughtful selection of finishing touches and home comforts to enrich your stay. Free Wi-Fi is available in most parts of the house.

Rooms are king-size doubles or twins but are available for single occupancy at an attractive discount (subject to season).

Breakfast is served at individual tables in the dining room between 7.15am and 9.00am. The price includes full West Country breakfast or a choice of several lighter options, all cooked fresh to order. For numerous reasons including quality, freshness, reducing food miles and supporting the local economy, we source locally when possible.

Well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Rydon Farm is perfectly placed to access some of the wonderful attractions of East Devon and surrounding areas

Directions:

From M5Junction 30 take A376 Exmouth road. At Clyst St George roundabout, take B3179 to Woodbury. On entering Woodbury village, turn right into Rydon Lane just before 30 mph signs. Follow the lane to the next road junction. Go straight down the hill. Rydon Farm is down the lane on the right hand side.

If you are using a satellite navigation system, please ensure that you enter Rydon Lane via the B3179. A sat nav will encourage you to drive past our farm down the road to our neighbour's property - please do not be tempted to follow these directions. When you arrive at Rydon Farm you will see, on the right hand side, a garden wall with lights - this is where you should park.
