Character cottage set on Heathland (SSSI) in the heart of the new South Downs National Park. Named after the well that supplies the house with water to this date this is a 15th C cottage full of original charm with modern comforts. Walking and cycling from the door. Trotton is a small hamlet with 2 historic churches and a good local pub serving great food and local ales.

Accommodation Details

The accommodation is all within its own annex. Ther is an Airy and spacious double bedroom with private shower room and drawing room with open fire and baby grand piano. Direct access to terrace and garden with wonderful views to the Downs over open countryside.
Full English breakfasts include our own jams and marmalades as well as our own free range eggs.

Plenty of board games and wifi access available.

Pets welcome. Packed lunches available on request. Collection service available for walkers who dont want to do circular walks. Plenty of board games and open dfires in winter. Breakfast in the dining room or garden in summer.
