Nick & Stella offer you a warm welcome to The Lawns, which has just been awarded AA Highly Commended 4 Yellow Stars. AA Highly Commended Yellow Stars are awarded to guest accommodation reaching the top 10% for overall quality .

We are a fully licensed, which is completely NON-SMOKING, in the popular resort of Sandown, Isle of Wight. We are only 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, train station and bus stops.

The Lawns was built in 1865. We have ample parking and with only a stroll to the beach you can leave your car in the safe knowledge that our premises are protected with CCTV.

General Details

A Warm Welcome awaits you at The Lawns and we hope that you arrive as a guest and leave as a friend.

Our aim is to make your stay with us as relaxing and comfortable as possible. We have just upgraded all our ensuites to freeview digital all with flat screen Televisions.

The house has a mixture of Superiors, Double & Twin & Family Ensuite rooms.The bedrooms are furnished with Flat Screen televisions, hospitality trays, hairdryers and heating for all year round accommodation. There are also ground floor ensuite bedrooms available.

 

Other Information

While we primarily operate on a bed and breakfast board only, an evening meal can be made available on request for an additional charge.
