The property has extensive gardens which extend to the coastline and afford the opportunity to explore the many local rock pools and coves.

Roe deer and pine martins are frequent visitors to the garden, dolphins are often spotted from the house in the summer, and seals can be seen all year round. Otters frequent the shore and if you're lucky you might see one. Minkie whales visit the area every year, basking sharks are another visitor to these waters.

Badicaul is ideally located for touring the Isle of Skye, Lochcarron, Torridon Mountains, Apple Cross, Loch Maree, Glenelg, Glensheil, and a lot lot more.

If coming from Fort William you will be on A82 then you come to
Invergarry turn left on to A87 to Kyle of Lochalsh,

Invermoriston turn right on to A887, then A87 to Kyle of Lochalsh,

If coming from the north you will be on A890 then you come to
Auchtertyre turn right on to A87 to Kyle of Lochalsh,
When you get in to Kyle of Lochalsh
Turn first Right Passed petrol station, that will take you on to the
Plockton Road, Badicaul is the first Village you will come to

You are on the A87 to Kyle of Lochalsh when you come in to
Kyle of Lochalsh from the Isle of Skye
Take the second road on the left that will take you
On to the Plockton road
