Yew Tree House is a refurbished part 17th Century house in Somerset, offering 4 star Bed and Breakfast accommodation throughout the year.
Just 15 minutes drive from Junction 22 of the M5, the house is situated within walking distance of the golden dunes and sandy beaches at Berrow on the north west coast of Somerset. It is ideally located for visitors wishing to explore the coast, the Mendips and the Quantocks and also provides peaceful accommodation for business travellers.

 

Accommodation Details

We have 7 en-suite bedrooms, 3 ground floor. All rooms are individually furnished with central heating, television, radio alarm and tea and coffee making facilities. We also have a guest breakfast room and lounge. There is parking back and front of the house and a garden with patio, loungers, chairs and tables for guests.

General Details

We have been awarded a Visit Britain Breakfast award. We have a varied menu that includes English, Vegetarian and Continental breakfasts. Much of the food we use is produced and sourced locally. We can cater for special diets if asked too.
Good public transport links from Weston- super-Mare and Highbridge railway stations

 

Other Information

This area of Somerset has good transport links so it easy to visit Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, Exeter, Longleat, Fleet Air Arm Museum and many other places and attractions.
The area has lots of wonderful walks and cycle rides some on the flat others in the hills. Mountain biking in the Burrington Coombe area. There is horse riding on the beach and up in the Mendips. We have 2 golf courses within three miles and many more within a short drive. 3 excellent RSPB reserves locally for bird watching. Climbing and caving not far away in the Cheddar area.
