or from �70 upwards for long term lets

General Details

We have a low green electric supply, and you can use lights, tv, fridge, computer, phone chargers etc, but no electric kettles, or microwaves, and no form of electric heating at all, including water heaters, if you use them the whole site blows!
So we are running on gas!
