English Tourist Board 4 Star Self Contained semi detached house is situated,t is approximately 3 minutes from the sea, 5 minutes from the town centre and railway station. Bus stops are within 100 yards. Opposite across the green, there is a small parade of shops: - newsagents, off-licence, grocers, greengrocers, Chinese take-away and hairdressers, whilst in town there is a Morrison�s supermarket, banks, building societies and many interesting shops and restaurants.

�450 - �650 per week, let on a Saturday to Saturday basis

The house has Freeserve TV,Radio,DVD player. There is a washing machine,large oven and hob, Gas central heating. Linen can be provided at a cost of �10per person per week.

Seaford is an ideal centre for visiting the many attractions of East Sussex, Lewes the County Town, Eastbourne, Brighton, The South Downs National Park, the Seven Sisters and Beachy Head.Public transport is excellent for those who wish to leave the car behind.London is 90 minuets away by train,and Brighton and Eastbourne have a 10 minute service through out the day.
