Balvallioch is a charming shepherd's cottage situated on a beautiful Highland Estate. The cottage is totally private and commands stunning views of the River Helmsdale and the surrounding hills. A prettier spot would be hard to find for anyone who has a love of the Scottish Highlands and desire for a total break.

 

Accommodation Details

Sleeps 1-4 people, with 1 double room, 1 twin room and 1 bathroom.
Camp bed available for a 5th person.

Cosy sitting room with satellite TV and fuel burning stove (coal provided).
Well-equipped kitchen with large freezer and washing machine.
Separate dining room with stunning views.

 

Price Guide:

Weekly rental ranging from �390 to �450 per week, depending on the season.

Prices are inclusive of VAT, electrical heating and lighting, bed and bathroom linen and coal for the sitting room stove.

 

General Details

Activities on and around the estate include fishing, stalking, gold-panning* and walking.

*guests at the cottage are given permission to pan for gold on Suisgill Burn, which is otherwise forbidden to the public.
