Overview

Lovely Northumbrian holiday cottage set in it's own grounds near Hexham and Hadrian's Wall. The cottage sleeps up to five adults and has three bedrooms. The two larger rooms can be either twin or double bedded rooms then there is a further single bedroom. The cottage is ideally situated for visiting Hadrian's Wall, Durham, Northumberland coast and castles, Kielder Water, North Pennines, Alnwick Castle and the Alnwick Garden.

 

Accommodation Details

One the ground floor is an open plan lounge and dining area featuring an oild fired Aga. There is a utility room with sink, dishwasher, washer, underbench freezer, tumble drier and separate w.c. On the first floor are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with overbath shower, w.c., and handbasin. The two larger bedrooms both have handbasins, then there is a further single bedroom. All bedrooms are of good proportions with ample storage space and sunny south facing aspects.

 

Price Guide:

For a seven night booking the cost is �700 and includes, bed linen, towels, all fuel, oil central heating, oil fired Aga, and wood for woodburner. You can hire the cottage for any number of nights, mimimum 2 nights cost �200.

 

General Details

Chapel House is set in it's own grounds of 4 acres with a lovely terraced private garden which catches the sun throughout the day. There are lots of places to sit and eat outside with several bbq areas. The garden has uninterrupted views of the North Pennines and the Slaley Forest. There are amazing day and night time skies. There is plenty of priate parking for vehicles.
