Dating back to the 18th century, with a wealth of exposed beams, it is an exceptionally comfortable house and tastefully furnished with good quality furnishings. There is a spacious conservatory overlooking the mature gardens, including a tennis court and croquet lawn.

Large dining room seats up to 13.

Four pretty bedrooms, all with their own handbbasins:

Bedroom 1, Kingsize Bed.
Bedroom 2, Twin Bedded.
Bedroom 3, Kingsize with a single
Bedroom 4, Double

An additional two Z-beds and two cots are available if required.

Large shower room with toilet and handbasin. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet and handbasin. A ground floor cloakroom with toilet and handbasin.

Large beautiful conservatory leading to patio and large garden with garden furniture and gas barbecue. The grass tennis court/ croquet lawn is shared with the guests in Clinton Cottage.

Directions:

Head south from East Dereham on the B1135; at Yaxham head towards Mattishall. Clint Green in 1 mile from Yaxham. Turn right opposite the school/ PO and continue for 200 metres. Clinton House is on the left. Enter the first driveway for Clinton House and park anywhere up to the Well.
