Accommodation Details

Enter the cottage through the pretty private enclosed courtyard, with seasonal flowers in terracotta pots and wrought iron furniture for alfresco dining.

You will immediately feel welcome on entering the hall, giving access to all of the rooms.

The 18' sitting/dining room has a log fire and comfortable sofas, a flat screen digital freeview TV, DVD player, and digital radio, WiFi and there is a selection of books, magazines, DVD�s, CD�s, and games.

The 16' Master Bedroom has a TV, 1500 pocket sprung matressand clock radio, and the pretty cosy twin bedroom has 3' beds
All beds are made up with crisp cotton bed linen, and both bedrooms have hair dryers.
Both bedrooms have ample storage with built-in wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables and lamps.

Bathroom with W.C., wash basin, bath with power shower over. Bath and hand towels, bathrobes. Toiletries provided.

The fully equipped separate kitchen, although tiny, has a oven, ceramic hob, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave/grill, ample cooking utensils. With tea towel, towel, apron and oven gloves, and a welcome tea tray with homemade cake and a breakfast hamper for your 1st morning.

There is private parking for one car.

General Details

Located in a quiet lane just off the village green next to our own home. The traditional English pub, an old coaching inn, serves good food and is only 100 metres down the High Street, and just beyond is the award winning village shop and coffee bar, run by the villagers, selling everything guests need including beautifully packaged gifts to take home for friends and family. The magnificent Church, with its imposing tower that can be seen from miles away, is only a short walk in the opposite direction. Guests will be made welcome with word from all they meet.
