With far-reaching views across glorious Devon countryside beside the owner’s 130-acre dairy farm the holiday properties are just 1.5 miles from a lovely 13th-century thatched village inn serving very good food and just 5 miles from the breathtaking north Devon coast. The perfect touring base to explore the delights of both north Devon and north Cornwall and ideal for those wishing to escape and relax. Within easy reach of the magnificent surfing beach at Westward Ho!; the shopping and leisure area of Atlantic Village and the historic port of Bideford with a good selection of restaurants and where you can take a boat trip to Lundy Island. The area is a must for water sports sailing enthusiasts and fishermen whilst walkers and cyclists will enjoy the famous Tarka Trail. Garden lovers will enjoy RHS Rosemoor Hartland Abbey and Docton Mill and there are many pretty fishing villages nearby including Instow Appledore and the famous cobbled streets of Clovelly with its donkey transport. Further afield are the extensive sands and white-topped waves of Bude a paradise for surfing. Coastal and country walks golf fishing and riding are nearby. The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure Parks are a must for family fun.
