Overview

Lee Wick Farm Holiday Cottages offers two beautifully converted farm buildings; The Cart Lodge sleeps up to eleven guests and Stable Cottage sleeps up to seven guests. Situated alongside our Livery Yard a peaceful location away from the main working farm. Enjoy fantastic views across the open fields towards the sea. Visit the Colne Point Nature Reserve at the end of the lane (passes provided), fish our reservoir, superb cycling and walking opportunities around the farm and surrounding countryside. A fantastic location to enjoy the best of the Essex and Suffolk coast, countryside and tourist attractions.

 

Accommodation Details

The Cart Lodge offers a very spacious ground floor kitchen / dining room / lounge area. A large family bedroom with en suite is also down stairs. Upstairs there is a second gallery lounge, two twin bedrooms and double room also with en suite. Outside parking for up to eight cars is provided. A large private patio area with views over the fields.

Stable Cottage is all on one level and offers a lounge / kitchen/dining area, there is a twin room with en suite and a family room with en suite. Stable Cottage has space for three cars comfortably and has a large garden with patio and decked area with views across the fields.

Both cottages have a sofa bed for extra guests if required.

Prices range from �350 to �995 per week. We operate a flexible start date arrangement and offer short breaks starting on your preferred date, please email or telephone for prices.

 

General Details

All services are included, no meters for electricity / heating etc. Bed Linen and towels are provided. Wood burners in both cottages, wood provided.
