A peaceful, groundfloor , well equipped , self-catering annexe to our 500 year old home. The property is situated in the middle of the county of Suffolk in an ideal place for touring. The towns of Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds are a 20 minute drive away. Within an hours reach are Norwich, Cambridge and Colchester, also the Suffolk coast. The North Norfolk coast is an hour and a half away.
Or you could just relax and unwind in your own part of the garden.

One double bedded bedroom.
A shower room, the shower having a strong seat and handles, toilet and basin.
A living / dining room with a double sofa bed which can be made up on request.
A well equipped kitchen with washing machine.

Per couple , per week : Low season � 220.00
Mid season � 260.00
High season � 300.00

Short breaks are also available for a minimum of two nights at � 38.00 pe

 

General Details

This is a no smoking, no pets property.
Heating is via electric storage radiators.
All linen is provided at no extra cost.
The property is suitable for people of limited mobility, having ramps to doors.
There is an outdoor swimming pool which guests can use by arrangement in the summer months.

Suffolk has a range of farm shops and a huge range of places to eat out, all serving good food.
There is a gastro pub in the village.
