Sleeps 4 in one double room and one room with two single beds. Centrally heated throughout
Lounge with Freesat, Dvd. Woodburning stove, radio,books and games.
Kitchen has washing machine,dishwasher,microwave and slow cooker.
Tumble drier in shed.
Sun room has birdwatching equipment and TV with VHS (videos supplied)

Rose Cottage is peaceful; surrounded by the hills with only the sound of the river at the bottom of the garden, the wildlife and the sheep. Pour a drink and watch the birds, play the games and quizzes with the children or go for a ramble with the dog. Watch the stars- the nights are truly dark- or light the fire and read one of the books-the choices are endless! Once rested you may like to view the extensive library of information in the cottage. There are many favourite planned days out, walks,cycle rides and tourist attractions both nearby and a little further afield. plan your holiday from the comfort of the chairs!
