Sea Fizz is located on the first floor of Britannia Court, a modern, purpose-built residence at the quiet end of Brighton Marina.

Lounge:�The spacious lounge is light and airy with French doors opening onto the balcony. Kick back, relax and unwind on the luxury leather sofa and watch a film or enjoy a relaxing meal.

Balcony:�The west facing balcony is the ideal spot for afternoon tea or evening drinks white the sun sets.

Master Bedroom:�Zip-link beds give guests the option of a super-kingsize bed or two singles, wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. There is an en-suite shower room�with WC, basin and shower cubicle.

Second Bedroom:�Zip-link beds giving the option of a kingsize bed or two singles, wardrobe with hanging space and drawers.

Bathroom:�Adjacent to the second bedroom, the bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and WC.

Kitchen:�The modern kitchen is equipped with oven and 4-ring hob, fridge, washer/drier, dishwasher (dishwasher and washing tablets provided), microwave and plenty of pots, pans and utensils. There is also a freezer in the garage.

Garage:�immediately adjacent to the flat the garage provides secure parking as well as safe storage for bikes, sports equipment etc.

General Details

Located on Brighton Marina, Sea Fizz is ideally situated for exploring both the vibrant and cosmopolitan city of Brighton and the beautiful South Downs, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Sea Fizz is at the quiet end of the marina and yet over 20 caf�s, restaurants and bars with stunning waterfront views are still only a 5 minute stroll away along the Marina Boardwalk. The Marina also offers bowling, a multi-screen cinema, a casino and a large supermarket.

Brighton city centre is a 30 minute walk along the seafront, or why not hop on a bus, which run every 6 minutes day-time and twice an hour throughout the night.
