Overview

Seagull House provides spacious holiday accommodation incorporating lounge, dining/kitchen facilities, utility, 4 bedrooms, a shower room and bathroom. A short walk to the harbour, the cottage has splendid views of Whitby Abbey and St Mary's Church. Located off the top of Silver Street in the town centre, close to shops, leisure centre and Pannett Park. The cottage is comfortably furnished and will provide the perfect base from which to explore Whitby and the surrounding North Yorkshire Countryside.

There is level access at the rear into an enclosed private patio area with garden furniture and barbecue and seating area to the front of the property. Parking facilities are available outside the property.

A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are provided. Non-smokers only. A selection of children's games and DVD's are provided. Well-behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement but not allowed upstairs.

Seagull House sleeps 8 people, there is a double bedroom and another room
with bunk beds on the first floor with a shower room and toilet, there is a
double bedroom on the second floor and another room with twin beds and a
bathroom.

There is parking right outside the house on this quiet residential street we
are always able to get parked however, it is on a first come basis. Parking
permits are available in the summer season for a private car park adjacent the property.
