Close to the sea. Character fishermans cottage, in a quiet position, very close to Wells quay and within walking distance of the town and sandy beach. North Norfolk coastal path runs within yards of the cottage. The cottage has sea views, 2 bedrooms, old beams, an open fire and a sunny garden. Wells is a small town situated behind a picturesque harbour, there is plenty to do in this area; beaches, walking, bird watching, pubs and cycling. A selection of shops, butchers, bakers, fruitshops etc and good pubs are close by.

Accommodation Details

The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, microwave, electric cooker, washing machine. The cottage is warm and cosy with full central heating and a woodburning stove. There is a satellite TV and DVD player, also there are a variety of childrens games and toys in the cottage. The accommodation is over 3 floors and there is a winding staircase.

Second Floor; Spacious bedroom with double bed and great sea views

Duvets and pillows are provided. However,you will need to bring your own bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) unless you opt to hire linen.
