For that relaxing country break come and stay in our LUXURY self catering Cottage. A beautiful detached barn conversion with loads of character, waiting to welcome you for that well deserved break, in the picturesque village of Armscote, South Warwickshire. Here is where you can truly unwind in peace and quiet.

The Cottage, which sleeps 4 in two bedrooms has retained original features including beams and exposed stone walls and has been furnished to a high standard with gas fired C.H. & beautiful gas log-effect fire stove.

 

Accommodation Details

The ground floor offers a cosy comfortable lounge, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom including shower. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. A cot and a high chair can be provided should you need them.

The cottage is set just off the courtyard of New Manor Farmhouse and has gated access from the lane making the garden, the patio complete with garden furniture and bbq areas a safe environment for children.

All prices are inclusive of Linen, Towels Gas & Electricity.

Letting weeks are from Friday - Friday, but can be flexible if dates allow.

Rates are �400 - �675 Per Week

Short breaks (minimum 2 nights) available.

Armscote is a tiny village surrounded by farmland, on the edge of The Cotswolds, & just 7 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. It is an area of natural beauty where there are grand Manor Houses, thatched cottages as well as many picturesque Cotswold villages just 5 -10 mins drive away. Have lunch at the local Inn within walking distance, or take afternoon tea in one of the many quaint & traditional tea-rooms nearby. Here is your ideal centre for exploring this wonderful area of England.
